Matcha Green Tea Smoothie Bowls

Tired of eggs and cereals for breakfast? Need more energy in the morning? Here are two healthy breakfast recipes for you - Coconut and Strawberry Matcha Smoothie Bowls.

These smoothie bowls are packed with nutrients and will give you a boost of energy in the morning that will remain stable throughout the day.

Matcha is the key ingredient for these recipes because of its health benefits. It contains 137 times more antioxidants than any other food on the planet. Add matcha to your smoothies and you will boost your immune system and protect your skin from UV-radiation.

If you are trying to lose weight, powdered green tea will help you burn fat and detox faster. High level of chlorophyll in matcha leaves helps you naturally remove heavy metals and toxins from your body. Since the plants are shade-grown, their level of chlorophyll is significantly higher than in other teas, making it a superior detox drink.

Together with coconut yogurt, stevia, and berries, matcha powder is delicious! So, give these recipes a try!
