Our Story
After a few years of quite a busy lifestyle combined with stress at work and studies, a young couple, Pavel and Vlada, were exhausted. Two cups of coffee every morning became a normal routine to stay awake and keep up with the hectic schedule. Vlada had trouble falling asleep at night, and Pavel had his first panic attack. It was time to make some serious changes.
A healthy diet, proper exercise, yoga, and meditation helped restore health and find balance. Eliminating coffee was necessary, but it turned out to be one of the hardest things, followed by headaches and lack of energy.
One day, Vlada saw matcha green tea at a local coffee shop and decided to try it. The taste was delicious, and the tea gave her energy for the entire day. She has never felt so good after drinking coffee: no anxiety, no jitteriness, no headaches. After spending a great day at work and successfully finishing a few work projects, Vlada came home and shared her finding with Pavel. After a quick research online, the couple found out about multiple health benefits of powdered green tea. Since then, a cup of matcha latte became their new morning ritual.
Even though matcha green tea was growing in popularity, it was still hard to find a product of a good quality. There were too many choices online with little or no education on the proper use of matcha. The selection of matcha at grocery stores was limited and the taste of the tea was bitter.
After some thorough research, Vlada and Pavel decided to fill the gap and source the finest quality of Japanese matcha in Canada, combined with comprehensive product support.
