At Zekko Matcha, it’s our priority to keep our customers happy and help you achieve more every day. We work hard every day to offer you the best matcha experience. That said, if you have any concerns or questions about your order, please contact us at info@zekkomatcha.com

SHIPPING

We ship within 24 hours of the order being placed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Your order will still be process on the weekend, but shipped on a business day. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once the order ships.

All Canadian orders will be shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days, US orders - 5-8 business days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do our best to ensure quality and accuracy of your order, however, we understand if you are not satisfied with your product. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges if the product you received was defected. Please email info@zekkomatcha.com for more details.

CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel your order prior to the product being shipped, you will not be charged. To cancel the order prior to shipment contact us at info@zekkomatcha.com

Cancellation requests after the order been shipped are not accepted.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to ensure the correctness of the address once you place the order. We encourage you to check all the details prior to ordering to avoid delays with shipment. To change your shipping address, please contact us at info@zekkomatcha.com

We will do our best to re-ship the package to the updated address as soon as possible, but you might be charged for the extra shipping costs in regards to this change.
